Each player is entitled to register one (1) account on the 14jl Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to that individual will be suspended and all balances and pending bonuses will be forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update your account details promptly in the event of any change. 14jl is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player, including incorrect GCash or bank account numbers for withdrawal purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 14jl login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be subject to an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month, deducted from the account balance. 14jl will notify the registered email address prior to imposing any inactivity fee. Accounts with a zero balance inactive for more than twenty-four (24) months may be closed.
14jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following verified payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 14jl does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or international bank transfers.
Deposits are credited to your 14jl account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 14jl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose separate charges over which 14jl has no control.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply.
